Hello there. This is Javeria Ajmal here from Jiyastudiophotography. I am a mother and a wife of a very loving husband. My love for photography started after my first child was born and I bought a professional camera so I could take his nice pictures. I was willing to especially focus on his beautiful eyes and got very happy each time I got a nice shot! After that, I fulfilled all the kid’s pose desires with my daughter and had her photoshoot at her birthdays…I took her to destinations and did her photoshoot……that was the start of my journey as a professional photographer.

I used to take pictures of my friends, friends’ families, and my colleagues as I am a high school teacher as well, and it was the positive feedback and suggestions I got in return that led me to this direction and I started taking it professionally. So while I was expecting my third child I was doing some courses online and learning about photography, lighting techniques, and equipment required for the shoot. So, after the baby, I started taking pictures of babies from my family, colleagues, and friends, and of course my baby pictures too. It is the experience I am gaining and learning with each step and now I have a studio in my home basement ….

so here I am a professional family photographer. My work for babies is more delicate as I try to focus more on babies’ beauty for that I prefer not to use a lot of props so that I can enhance the baby's face, eyes, lips, eyelids, hands, and feet! That is what I love the most. This is the same focus for family photoshoots or birthday pictures to get a close-up look at the clients.
